Brian Sartorelli is the founder of Investigative Research Group, one of Ontario and Quebec’s leading and highly respected investigative companies. He is an internationally recognized investigative executive with over 35 years of experience providing consultative and advisory services for Fortune 500 companies on insurance claims, corporate intelligence, environmental investigations, WSIB claims, criminal and civil litigation, undercover investigations, counter measures and other investigative services.
Brian has a background in police work with the Department of National Defence, where he specialized in Drug Enforcement, Undercover assignments and Criminal Investigations. His career involved major crime and joint forces operations with municipal, provincial and federal policing agencies.
Brian is the author of more than 20 published articles. He has chaired or participated on various industries and non-profit committees. Currently, Brian is Director at Large of CASIU (Canadian Association of Special Investigation Units), a Director of CPIO (Council of Private Investigators - Ontario), as well as a member of the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association. He is also on the advisory committee for the Bachelor of Applied Human Services – Police Studies at the Georgian College. Brian is a former Chair of the Insurance Institute of Ontario, Georgian Bay Chapter, as well as a former Director OIAA Georgian Bay Chapter and a former director of the London Claims association. Brian is a former owner of a private vocational school (Ontario Institute of Private Investigation) and an accredited instructor approved by the Ministry of Colleges and Universities.
Brian designs and delivers seminars to a wide range of industry and geographics providing tactical and strategic advice to businesses within his areas of investigative specialization.

Mr. Robert Goodfellow is a retired Superintendent of the OPP with thirty years' experience at the provincial, national and international levels. Mr. Goodfellow has served in various locations throughout Ontario. His experience includes: general duties; major crimes; covert under-cover operations; behavioural sciences; forensic polygraph; fraud; and General Headquarter Executive Management.
Mr. Goodfellow’s career postings include: Behavioural Sciences Section; Threat Assessment Unit; Provincial ViCLAS Centre; Director, Operational Policy & Strategic Planning; Director, Contract Policing; Director, Crime Prevention Section; Director, Fraud Programs Branch, Ministry of Health & Long Term Care; Liaison Officer to the Ministry of Community Safety & Correctional Services (Deputy Ministers Office); Executive Officer to the Commissioner of the OPP; Executive exchange to SAPOL (South Australia Police); Director, Provincial Communications Operations; and Director, Behavioural, Forensic & Electronic Services (which included all aspects of forensic identification, e-crime/child exploitation, DNA, criminal profiling, polygraph, threat assessment, Ontario Sex Offender Registry, missing persons and unidentified bodies).
Mr. Goodfellow is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Quantico, Virginia and has received training from the DEA. He has been recognized as an expert witness in many levels of court related to drug identification and enforcement. He is internationally recognized as an expert in body language, statement analysis, interviewing and interrogation. Mr. Goodfellow is also an expert in many of the criminal behavioural sciences including psychopathy, sexual deviancy and stalking. Mr. Goodfellow has lectured at the Canadian Police College, Ontario Police College and the Ontario Provincial Police Academy.
Mr. Goodfellow is a founding Director of CAVCA (Canadian Association of Violent Crime Analysts). He was Chairman of the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) Crime Prevention Committee and a member of the OACP Victims Assistance Committee.
Mr. Goodfellow has received many commendations and awards including the International Award of Honour from the International Narcotic Enforcement Officers Association (INEOA), in San Antonio Texas. It marked only the second time that award had been bestowed on a Canadian police officer.

Mr. Brad Holman is a retired Assistant Commissioner of the RCMP with thirty-one years' experience at the national and international levels. Mr. Holman served in various locations throughout Canada. His postings included: general duties, isolated Aboriginal communities; commercial auto theft; major crimes; Detachment Commander; covert under-cover operations; and Headquarter and regional senior executive management.
Mr. Holman’s RCMP career postings included: Director of Aboriginal & Community Policing Services, Province of Manitoba; National Director, Aboriginal Policing Branch, Ottawa HQ; Major Case Management Task Force, responsible for the Critical Incident Response & Hostage Negotiations; Executive Officer to he Commissioner of the RCMP; executive exchange to Industry Canada, Director, Investments, International Business Development; Director General, National Security Project (post 911); National Director General, Border Integrity, responsible for the security of all Canadian land, sea, airports, borders, Customs & Excise, Immigration & Passport, Federal Enforcement, and Integrated Border Enforcement Teams; and Assistant Commissioner and Commanding Officer of RCMP operations in Ontario.
Since his retirement, Mr. Holman served as a Senior Advisor to the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs Canada and was responsible to conduct evaluations on the potential impacts of organized crime on First Nations self-governance and an evaluation of the department’s emergency management system. Mr. Holman also completed a needs analysis of the department’s emergency management system related to the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games.
Regarding his community involvement and volunteer work, Mr. Holman has been an elected trustee of the Hanover & District Hospital Board of Directors since June 2008 and is currently Chair of the Board of Directors. He is also a former member of the Ontario Hospital Association’s Region Five Executive Council and a former member of the West Grey Police Services Board.
ASHALEE MOHAMED

Ashalee Mohamed is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Investigative Research Group. Ashalee is based out of our central head office where she manages IRG’s corporate and insurance sales team in addition to overseeing business development for our branches across the province. Ashalee is responsible for business development, sales training and advertising.
Ashalee started off in the Private Sector as a licensed private investigator and as a result has gained considerable experience in investigations that assists accident benefits, bodily injury, liability and corporate fraud. As a result of her excellent communications skills, teamwork approach, hard work and leadership, Ashalee has advanced through various roles and positions related to investigations, marketing and management within IRG.
Ashalee has obtained an honours degree in Criminology with a minor in Political Sciences. Ashalee is an active member of Toronto Insurance Women’s Association (TIWA), Canadian Association of Special Investigation Units (CASIU) and the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association (OIAA). In addition, Ashalee also attends educational seminars, meetings and events related to Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association (CLHIA), Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS), Canadian Defence Lawyers-Legal Association of Canada (CDL).
