For 23 years, William Ostrander was a corporate law partner for one of Canada’s largest law firms. Mr. Ostrander received his LLB and his master's degree in political science from the University of Toronto. He is currently a director and investor in a number of corporations in Canada.

Richard Armstrong is a Mechanical Engineer. Until recently, he was the Senior Partner/Senior Vice-President at the multi-discipline engineering firm Marshall Macklin Monaghan. Mr. Armstrong now provides senior level advice on engineering and related matter, and he is an investor in a wide range of businesses.

Geoff Horton is a Managing Director of Venturelink LP. Mr. Horton has been involved in managing the VentureLink Group of Funds since joining the predecessor manager in 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Horton was active in early and later stage venture capital investing. He is on the board of a number of corporations.
BRIAN M. SARTORELLI

Brian Sartorelli is the founder of Investigative Research Group, one of Ontario and Quebec’s leading and highly respected investigative companies. He is an internationally recognized investigative executive with over 34 years of experienced providing consultative and advisory services for Fortune 500 companies on insurance claims, corporate intelligence, environmental investigations, WSIB claims, criminal and civil litigation, undercover investigations, counter measures and other investigative services.
Brian has a background in police work with the Department of National Defense, where he specialized in Drug Enforcement, Undercover assignments and Criminal Investigations. His career involved major crime and joint forces operations with municipal, provincial and federal policing agencies.
Brian is the author of more than 20 published articles. He has chaired or participated on various industries and non-profit committees. Currently, Brian is Director at Large of CASIU and a former Chair of the Insurance Institute of Ontario, Georgian Bay Chapter, as well as a Director of CPIO. He is also on the advisory committee for the Bachelor of Applied Human Services – Police Studies at the Georgian College.
Brian designs and delivers seminars to a wide range of industry and geographics providing tactical and strategic advice to businesses within his areas of investigative specialization.
